HVD-SA-Q saccharification system will achieve the liquefaction and saccharification of starch under the catalysis of the saccharification enzymes. After a certain time of enzymatic saccharification, produces syrup with a certain DE value. Syrup with different DE values can be produced in saccharification process by catalysis of different enzymes and different saccharification times.
